
Dan Bayer
Chief Executive Officer
Dan started with RitePack in 2012, currently serving as CEO of the company and is a member of the Executive Planning Committee. Prior to RitePack, Dan spent ten years in plastics engineering with Sherwood Medical Industries. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation from the University of Central Missouri in 1983. A native of St. Louis, MO, but has called St. Joe home since 1984.

Lonnie Welter
Vice President / Chief Operating Officer
Lonnie began his career with BMS Logistics in 1998 as a production supervisor overseeing daily activates on the production floor. In 2002 he was promoted to Operations Manager which included all facets of the operation. In 2013, Lonnie was again promoted to Director of Operation, he now is responsible for all BMS Logistics locations across the country as Vice President and COO. He serves also as a member of the Executive Planning Committee. Prior to joining BMS Logistics, Lonnie spent several years in the corrugate industry where he gained the knowledge needed to assist customers in finding solutions to their packaging needs and implement those solutions into a finished product. Lonnie attended Missouri Western State University from 1986- 1989, and enjoys golf in his spare time.

Bill Noble
Director of Sales & marketing
Bill joined RitePack in 2019 assuming the role of Director of Sales & Marketing. For the past 14 years he has been Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a leading CPG company as well as a national packaging company. He brings over 25 years of experience in the packaging industry, including manufacturing & distribution channels, and ecommerce platform. Bill also served as a Board of Advisor for the IMFA trade organization for 5 years. A native of St. Louis, MO, Bill graduated from St. Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and is an avid Cardinals fan and enjoys golf in his spare time.

Jerry Hawkins
Corporate Manager of Operations
Jerry Hawkins Joined Ritepack in 2015 as operation manager for our Wathena. Jerry has since managed both our 48 and Elwood plants. Prior to Joining Ritepack Jerry worked for Wire Co World group for 18 years with most of his time in a management role. He brings with him 20 years of experience in management. Jerry has the knowledge of planning, production scheduling, employee management, and communicating of expectations to achieve the company efficiency and safely goals. In his spare time, he enjoys motorcycle riding, golfing, and cheering for the Jayhawks.
